Welding and fabrication
Most pipework problems start as a compromise. A run that had to go the long way round because the fitting to turn it did not exist on the van, a support added later because nothing was made to carry it, a joint put somewhere awkward because that is where the standard length ran out.
Fabricating on site removes the compromise. We weld and fabricate pipework to the route the building actually has, which means fewer joints, fewer fittings, and a run that can be supported and insulated properly because it was set out to be.
It sits behind most of the other work we do. The gas pipework, the process pipework, the plant room connections and the compressed air ring mains are all fabricated by the same team that installs them.
