Compressed air
Compressed air is one of the most expensive utilities in a building and the easiest one to waste. A compressor sized for a load that has since changed, a ring main that loses pressure at the far end, a dryer that is no longer keeping up: none of it stops production, so none of it gets looked at, and all of it shows up on the meter.
We install complete systems as pipework, because pipework is what we do. Compressor, dryer, receiver and an aluminium ring main out to every drop, sized around the tools that are actually on the floor, then pressure tested and commissioned before we hand it over.
Compressed air sits alongside the rest of our mechanical work rather than being bought in, so the team that runs your heating and process pipework runs the air as well.
